Take it to an air con specialist. Equally likely scenarios are the air con hasn't run for a long time then a new drier maybe needed or the compressor itself is broken. Get it to a proper air con place that will check the system properly before mindlessly gassing it with an un specified mass of refrigerant.

If you have MES or similar, check the temperature readings from the 4 sensors K110-K113, might be that. Don't have that reset procedure in my manual but you can do it in MES I

I am not missing the cd-player, but I do think there is an icon on the left side of the infotainment center that shows three cds or some sort. use an FM transmitter, only about £10 and you connect your phone to it via bluetooth and then set your radio FM frequency to that of the transmitter. as you've got a radio with FM and cigarette port it'll work. super cheap and hassle free. I was able to play music using the blue&me USB port near the gearbox.
